• Internet Protocol (IP) Addresses: Collected temporarily and processed strictly for security protocols, spam protection, and enforcing platform bans.
• User Moderation and Report Logs: Text-based records of community moderation flags and user reports submitted to our database to maintain group guidelines.
• Session Identifiers: Temporary local browser storage tokens and session/remember cookies used exclusively to remember your profile cosmetic preferences and authenticate your active session.

2. Legitimate Interest and Data Processing

We process network identifiers (IP addresses) under the lawful basis of Legitimate Interest. This data is used solely to defend our servers against malicious exploitation, hate speech, or harassment, and to execute instantaneous administrative blocks on disruptive users.

3. Data Deletion and Security

Because ChatifyWorld does not maintain permanent user enrollment registries or email accounts, chat data and corresponding logs are routinely and automatically purged from our database systems.

Your profile data and session identifiers are stored securely using Supabase infrastructure with industry-standard encryption. We implement Row Level Security (RLS) policies to ensure users can only access their authorized data.

4. GDPR & CCPA Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Under these frameworks, you have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of the network logs and user metadata associated with your session.
• Correction: Request updates to your cosmetic settings or display name.
• Deletion: Clear your local browser storage and cache to remove your session identifiers and clear your profile database record.
• Opt-Out: Exercise your right to object to IP processing, though this will result in immediate termination of the session to maintain network integrity.

5. Children's Privacy

ChatifyWorld is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has accessed the platform, please contact us immediately to enable an administrative block.
