All financial transactions completed on chatifyworld.com for optional cosmetic enhancements, profile bundles, special tags, or profile customizations are strictly final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. Because these digital enhancements are provisioned and rendered instantly to your web session upon successful transaction authorization, they cannot be retracted or returned.
In the event of an infrastructure error where a purchased premium enhancement bundle fails to securely render within your browser session, you are granted a 7-day claims window from the original timestamp of the purchase to notify our help desk. Please contact our support infrastructure with your unique transaction sequence. Verified internal technical failures brought to our attention within this 7-day window will be manually corrected or refunded at management discretion.
If a user account, session token, or network IP address is blocked, blacklisted, or permanently banned from ChatifyWorld by our moderation workflow due to violations of our Terms and Conditions, all premium enhancements and digital bundles are instantly forfeited. ChatifyWorld holds no financial accountability and provides no cash refunds for items lost due to administrative bans resulting from user misbehavior.
